How can I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your shipment through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is the return policy for innerwear?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear including briefs, trunks, and panties. However, returns are accepted for apparel like t-shirts and joggers within 15 days of delivery if tags are intact.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How do I find the right size for me?
Every product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it against our brand-specific chart to ensure the perfect fit.
Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value as specified during checkout. For orders below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee is applied.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled directly through the website before they are processed for shipping. Once the status changes to 'Shipped', the order cannot be cancelled.
