At Jockey India, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your Jockey India account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging; please note that innerwear is non-returnable due to hygiene standards.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 2-3 business days to collect the securely packed return parcel.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7-10 working days.
